Packaging customization: Support for private label packaging design, label printing, and carton customization.
Flavor customization: Options to adjust meat sources, kibble shape, texture, and aroma.
Specification customization: Multiple packaging sizes available (500g / 1kg / 5kg / 10kg / 20kg, etc.).

Quality inspection and shipment
- Information Required from Customer
Brand name and LOGO source file
Packaging design file or design concept
Product positioning and target market (e.g., cat food/dog food, functional/basic type)
Estimated order quantity and packaging specification
Target nutrition or key selling points (e.g., grain-free, coat care, digestive health, etc.)
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Pricing
OEM MOQ: ≥2 tons per formula (can be adjusted depending on the product)
ODM cooperation: Subject to formulation complexity and special raw materials
Pricing: Based on ingredient composition, packaging method, and order quantity
- Sample Policy
Small trial samples (100–500g) can be provided; sample and shipping fees are required.
Sample cost can be deducted from bulk order payment.
Sample lead time: 7–15 working days.
- Packaging & Design Requirements
Customers may provide complete design files (AI/CDR format)
We can help adjust artwork to meet printing standards.
Packaging printing MOQ depends on bag type and material (normally 10,000–15,000 bags per design).
- Lead Time & Shipping
Production lead time: 25–35 workdays after order confirmation.
Actual delivery time depends on material and packaging availability.
Shipping terms supported: FOB / CIF / EXW, etc.
- After-sales & Liability
Customized products are made-to-order and non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
In case of any quality problem caused by us, we will take full responsibility for compensation.
Customers must raise any quality claims within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Optional Modules
Eco-friendly formula commitment: No use of banned ingredients, preservatives, or inferior by-products.
Testing & Certification: SGS test reports and export-related certificates available.
Confidentiality Agreement: All customer formulas and packaging designs are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed.
